Elliot Christoph is the founder of the Somnambulist Project, Southern Dreamsong's top scientific society. Much like her favored colleagues, she believes in careful observation of the world around her and sees knowledge as the ultimate reward of any endeavor.

In the interests of remaining neutral, Elliot has stayed well out of the limelight for quite some time; only recently was her identity brought to light, shortly after the Iicarn attacks upon Gier City, her home and birthplace.

Elliot encourages people from all walks of life-- regardless of faction or lack thereof -- to acknowledge and appreciate Valenth and all its quirks and beauty.
